Mission and Vision:
Economy, Ecology and Experience
Triple E is an Expertise Centre specialised in the relationship between
economy, ecology and the experience people gain through and from nature.
Under the guidance of Tom Bade, Triple E develops practical solutions
for positive change for the environment. We operate in partnership with
governments, nature organisations, private sector and NGOs. In-depth
research at an academic level on topics related to our core business is
also part of our portfolio. Academic quality, combined with the speed
and pragmatism of a consultancy organisation results in a
powerful combination in providing advisory services and in executing
projects to visualize and commercialize the economic potential of
nature.
“People, planet, profit” is a leading motto in the global effort to
create a sustainable economy. The Triple P philosophy combined with the
Triple A standard of the financial sector forms the basis of our name
and mission: Triple E is an organisation aiming at the sustainability of
the Triple P and the quality of the Triple A.

The Holding consists of 4 business units: Expertise Centre Triple E,
Triple E Productions, Triple E Water and Society and Triple E IBM
(“International
Landscape
Auctions,
Biobanking & Management planning”).
Expertise Centre Triple E
The Expertise Centre Nature and Economics searches for the relations
between nature and economics. The result of the research can be divided
in three categories: it is possible to analyse the current economic
virtues of a natural area, to investigate which economic functions can
be added to a natural area in a sustainable manner and to search for the
use of urban green in different types of environments.
Triple E Water & Society
The Water and Society cluster delivers services related to
education about water issues for schoolchildren.
Triple E Biological Technology
Biological Technology is the
business unit that goes back to basic. From the soil the green and
natural environment is build. Using extended scientific research green
concepts are designed and put to practice, in urban, rural and natural
areas.
Triple E IBM
(International Landscape Auctions, Biobanking and Management Planning)
The work of the IBM cluster consists of International Landscape Auctions,
Biobanking and Management planning.
Triple E Productions
Triple E Productions was founded to publish projects and research. The
quarterly magazine Nieuwe Wildernis (in Dutch) and website design is
undertaken by Triple E Productions.
Triple E Foundation
Besides the company Triple E the Foundation Triple E was
established. Through the foundation we are able to co-finance research
programs, books and publications, and support sustainable local projects
from nature organisations.
Board of Advisors
The company and the foundation of Triple E are advised three
times a year about new chances, new alliances, research and more by a
Board of Advisors. Members of the Board of Advisors are:

Nature in the Netherlands)
• Albert Boswijk (Director Experience Economy)
• Wouter Helmer (Director ARK), and
• Peter Loef (Director Peter Loef advisory)
