Green above all
Prejudices often still circulate about green roofs. That is unjustified. Not only are green roofs more sustainable than regular roofs, they are also more energy efficient. But this study by Triple E also makes clear that green roofs have important economic effects. By capturing fine dust, they contribute to avoided healthcare costs and by retaining rainwater, this is drained more gradually and savings can be made on the design of sewers. These economic benefits, among many others, are shown, explained and quantified in this book. All this on the basis of the FEBO model. This makes the book still a standard work in the green working field.
