Long live(n) the garden
Tom Bade had to give a lecture for a meeting of members of the VHG (Association of Gardeners and Landscapers). The then director Peter Loef asked for an inspiring lecture. Tom then came up with the concept of the Living Garden, the counterpart of the dead garden made of stone. The members were immediately enthusiastic and it was decided on the spot that it was desirable to work out the concept in a nice book. The Living Garden is still the leading concept for the VHG.
